Improve social, emotional, and behavioral outcomes of programs participants.

Promote regular and sustained participation.

Promote health and wellness.

Develop quality academic programming designed to sustain good student attendance and participation which are in line with the Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE) Louisiana Student Standards.
